What Narakeet is

Narakeet turns scripts, documents and presentations into narrated audio and video. It reads Word, PDF, EPUB, subtitle files and Markdown, and builds videos from PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote. Without an account you get 20 trial conversions with short scripts (up to 1 KB for audio); after that you buy minutes, from $6 for 30 minutes as of October 2026. Credits don't expire and include commercial use.

Why people look for a Narakeet alternative

The trial is small: 1 KB is a paragraph or two. For longer documents you have to buy minutes, which makes sense for published narration but less for listening to your own reading list.
